Nenad Marčec, glavni direktor / Chief Executive Officer HDS ZAMP
Nenad Marčec glavni je direktor HDS ZAMP-a od 2009. godine, nakon što je devet godina radio kao zamjenik glavnog direktora i kasnije izvršni direktor HDS ZAMP-a. Pod njegovim vodstvom i vizijom HDS ZAMP je znatno podigao razinu svojeg poslovanja, kako u odnosima s članstvom tako i u suradnji s krovnim poslovnim asocijacijama korisnika glazbe u javnosti te postao vodeće društvo za kolektivno ostvarivanje prava u zemlji, regiji i šire. Nenad Marčec obnaša i funkciju predsjednika HUP - Koordinacije kulturnih i kreativnih industrija te je više godina bio član Upravnog odbora Hrvatskog klastera konkurentnosti kreativnih i kulturnih industrija. Zahvaljujući svojoj stručnost i poslovnim uspjesima, više je godina bio predsjednik Europskog Vijeća Međunarodne konfederacije društava autora i skladatelja (CISAC) sa sjedištem u Francuskoj, dok danas obnaša funkciju člana Nadzornog odbora CISAC-a. Također, aktivan je i u radu krovne Europske asocijacije društava autora i skladatelja (GESAC) sa sjedištem u Bruxellesu, pogotovo u području promicanja važnosti zaštite autorskih prava i razvoja kvalitetne potpore kulturnim i kreativnim industrijama kao vodećim europskim industrijama.
U više od dvadeset godina rada u području kolektivnog ostvarivanja prava u zemlji i svijetu te praćenja glazbene industrije i njezina razvoja, Nenad Marčec profilirao se kao jedan od vodećih stručnjaka u tom području sa značajnim iskustvom te je kao govornik, gost-predavač, sudionik različitih panela i sl. gostovao na mnogim međunarodnim konferencijama i događanjima.
Nenad Marčec has been the Chief Executive Officer of HDS ZAMP since 2009, after working for nine years as deputy chief director and later executive director of HDS ZAMP. Under his leadership and vision, HDS ZAMP significantly raised the level of its operations, both in the development of business processes and in relations with all stakeholders and other relevant parties. Under his leadership HDS ZAMP became a leading society for the collective management of rights in the country, also recognized in the EU and worldwide. Nenad Marčec is currently President of HUP (Croatian Entrepreneurs’ Association) Coordination of Creative and Cultural Industries and he held responsible roles in different cultural associations for many years including Croatian Competitiveness Cluster of Creative and Cultural Industries. Thanks to his expertise and business successes, for two mandates he was the Chairman of the European Committee of CISAC (International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers), based in Paris, France, and as of today a member of the Internal Audit Committee of CISAC. He is also active in the work of the umbrella European Association of Societies of Authors and Composers (GESAC) based in Brussels, Belgium, especially in the area of promoting the importance of copyright protection and the development of quality support for cultural and creative industries as leading European industries.
With more than twenty years of work in the field of collective management of rights in the country and the world, Nenad Marčec is one of the leading experts in this field with significant experience and has been a guest speaker, guest lecturer, participant in various panels, etc. at many international conferences and events.
